As a free community based resource, individuals of all ages are welcome to drop-in and access information on the local job market and job postings, careers and occupations, training opportunities, and programs and services available in their communities.

- Access to job postings
- Access to computers with high speed internet
- Assistance with resume and cover letter development
- Faxing and photocopying services
- Orientation to Apprenticeship
- Employment related workshops
- Numerous books, videos, materials, and computer software available on interviews, cover letters, resumes, career exploration, job retention, job profiles, human rights and self-employment
- Information on education and training opportunities and community resources
